Director of Information Technology Denice McManigal knows her way around complex systems. Her B.A. in Mathematical Sciences introduced her to the IT industry with her earliest experience working as a programmer at retail grocers, manufacturing, distribution centers, and ultimately, in transportation.

For nearly two decades, Denice has overseen various IT department initiatives, including coordinating communications, supervising development team projects like constantly upgrading and modernizing RDS’ operations software, and assisting with customer service and relations. Before joining RDS, she spent a decade working in the LTL and TL fields.
