Vice President and Secretary of the Board, Erin Stefflre Garcia has grown up with RDS and is an integral player in the family business. Erin’s career with RDS, which began as Rail Delivery Services, has provided her with the opportunity to work in nearly every key function/department of the business. She currently manages our Regional Truckload Division in addition to managing Safety and Compliance for all our fleet operations. She also manages driver recruiting and onboarding and works with her partners in key functional business areas to ensure we have the teams to meet our Company objectives. Erin’s passion is in supporting the growth and well-being of RDS.
